                      Copper was 10 months old when he started coming to Pop In Pup in the early                                        summer of 2020. I had a challenging time finding a daycare I felt would be a good                              fit for Copper. Copper’s trainer recommended Pop In Pup to us, so I reached out. Immediately, Cassandra made us feel like Copper was a part of her pack. Cassandra came to our home for a meet and greet and we were able to discuss any issues/triggers Copper might have as well as the process of how Pop In Pup works. I was so excited to hear there is no kennel time, it’s outside play all day! I was assured there are places for the pups to have quiet time, if they want it, where they can lay down and chill out. Hearing they are pet CPR certified was just another WOW factor! Once we had the first meeting, Copper started attending daycare with a slow introduction. They ensured his safety during the introduction period, evaluating his play style and watching how he interacted with other dogs. After the first few days of play, Copper was a whole different pup! He was happier and had more pep in his step. I was able to see how Copper reacted when Cassandra came to the house to pick him up. Even now, all these years later, he still dashes to the door and prances around, waiting for his time to go play with his friends. One of my favorite parts is seeing all the photos they post every day. It’s so much fun to see Copper having fun and enjoying his day. Copper has developed a deep love for not only Cassandra but Kallie as well. We have also used Pop In Pup for boarding when we go away. Whether for an overnight or weeklong visit, our vacations are so much more relaxing because we know Copper is being well loved and taken care of. It means so much to us knowing he is not put into a kennel overnight and that he has plenty of friends around to help pass the time. We get daily updates while we are away, and Cassandra is so patient with us when we are texting asking how he’s doing. I wanted the best for our boy, and I found something even better. I couldn’t imagine our lives without Pop In Pup. I cannot recommend Cassandra and her team enough to anyone that is looking for a team that will love their animals as much as you do.
